World Twenty20 : The CONCLUSION

The Twenty-20,a unique cricket generation sends cricket fans roaring with joy. India, clinched a brilliant 5 run victory in the dream final India-Pakistan inspite of in-the-end brilliance by Misbah. Shahid was declared as man of the series.

The signficant highlights so far:
1.Gayle Scores a blazing century. Inspite of this South Africans go victorious.
2.Zimbabwe beating Australia and Bangladeshis beating West Indies shows that minnows are also dangerous to beat.
3.India and Pakistan ended in fantastic tie match. India came out victorious in the bowl out with 3-0.
4.Sri Lanka score a record of 260 in this shortest version game.
5.Yuvraj creates a world record of scoring six 6s in one over.(a whopping 36).He also scored fastest 50 in 12 balls.
6.India scored second highest total of 218 in this game version.
7.India create an upset by eliminating the favorites South Africa through a comprehensive victory and later on uprooting Australia in semis.
